Arbitration
I know arbitrations, both as counsel and as an arbitrator.
I have been an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) since 2008 and a member since 2010. I am a member of the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society (TCAS). I know how to run a trial and an arbitration effectively and efficiently. I have a practical bent. I can deal with matters fairly and decisively. I seek to write plainly and clearly.
